Здравствуйте уважаемые. Иногда возникает необходимость сделать печатные платы в количестве больше пары штук. Или же нужны платы с металлизированными отверстиями, что довольно сложно и опасно делать дома.

Тут нам на помощь приходят специалисты из Поднебесной. Которые за небольшие деньги изготовят ваши платы в заводских условиях, с высоким качеством и с соблюдением всех технологических норм.

Сегодня поговорим про сервис заказа печатных плат на заводе. Вообще, подобных сервисов много. Самые известные, это JLCPCB и PCBWAY. Оба предлагают производство маленькой партии плат за совсем небольшие деньги. При условии: что плат 10шт, каждая не более 100х100мм, двусторонние, отверстия с металлизацией, зеленая паяльная маска и белая шелкография. Вполне достаточно для домашних проектов. Если же вы хотите что то из этого списка поменять, цена сразу увеличивается в разы.

Я решил остановиться на pcbway, потому что посчитав, понял что у них выйдет дешевле. А все дело в том, что у них есть система скидок (купоны).

Это мой купонный счет. Как и где искать купоны — есть на youtube. К сожалению купоны действуют только на производство, а не на доставку.

Первый купон на 5$ они вам дарят при регистрации. Соответственно первый заказ (если он удовлетворяет требованиям выше) будет бесплатным. Заплатите только за доставку.

Плюс еще взял пяток бесплатных макеток, которые они предлагали. Пригодятся.

Вообще, специально под этот заказ, я нарисовал модуль на 32 УФ светодиода, размером 100х100мм. Давно хотелось уйти от люминисцентных ламп к светодиодам при работе с фоторезистом. Причем сделал этот модуль масштабируемым, что бы можно было несколько плат спаять вместе и получить большое поле светодиодов.

При отрисовке пришлось учитывать то, на что я всегда забивал при домашнем изготовлении. А именно, диаметр отверстий и элементы на слоях шелкографии.  Шелкография вообще отдельная тема для творчества. На ней же можно не только обозначение элементов ставить. Но и рисунки, надписи и т.д. Есть где разгуляться и самовыразиться.

Ладно, вернемся к нашим китайским товарищам. Так выглядит страница заказа в процессе производства. Прогресс-бар показывает готовность. Вообще, стоит отметить, что информирование заказчика у них выше всяких похвал.

Если нажать на кнопку «Техпроцесс», появится технологический лог, в котором расписаны все операции, когда и во сколько они выполнялись.

Как и обещали, заказ был выполнен и отправлен в течение двух суток.

То, что пришло через 2 недели. Это пачка из 10 плат. На просвет видно даже тонкие переходные отверстия. Что говорит о высокой точности и повторяемости изготовления. Качество очень хорошее. Паяльная маска равномерна по всей площади и точно спозиционирована. Торцы плат ровные, без заусенцев и расслоений.

Доволен как слон.
